Female high-fashion models are generally required to be between 5’8” to 5’11” (172cm to 180cm), with a dress size of 0-6 US and a bust size around 34 inches. They are typically between 14 to 28 years old.

Male high-fashion models have a broader age range, usually starting at 16 and continuing into their late 40s, provided they maintain their physique. They are typically between 5’11” to 6’3” (180cm to 190cm) with a chest size of 37” to 42” (94cm to 106cm) and a waist of 30” to 32” (76cm to 81cm). Men tend to enjoy longer careers in this category, especially if they maintain good skin and body health.
